Prayagraj. In the Khiri area of Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh, a young man sleeping outside his house was killed by hitting him on the neck with a shovel on Saturday morning. Police sources said that Rajneesh Bind (30), a resident of Jora village in Khiri police station area, was sleeping outside the house at dawn. At the same time, Mukul Bind, a youth from the same village, attacked him on the neck with a shovel and seriously injured him.
Hearing the noise, the family members came out and seeing Mukul soaked in blood, immediately took him to Swaroop Rani Nehru (SRN) Hospital where doctors declared him dead. He said that the accused has been arrested. After registering a report, the police is investigating the case. The body has been sent for post-mortem.
