A student studying under the Naam Mulathulvan scheme has cleared the IAS exam.

Tamil Nadu: M. Arunprakash (25), a student from Vengikal, Tiruvannamalai, who studied under the Nan Mulathulvan Scheme, has passed the IAS exam.

The results of the civil service exams, including the IAS and IPS, were announced on the 6th. 958 candidates from across India qualified. M. Arunprakash (25), son of Murugan, a teacher from Vengikal Nethaji Nagar in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, secured the 407th rank. The Civil Service Main exam was held in August last year.

The results were announced on November 12th. 2,736 candidates from across India qualified, including 162 from Tamil Nadu. The exam was held from December 8th to February 27th.

After the exam concluded, the UPSC released the final results on the 6th. 958 candidates from across India qualified for the civil service. M. Arun Prakash, from the Vengikal area of ​​Tiruvannamalai, secured the 407th rank. He was selected for the IRS in the UPSC exam last year and was working as a Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax in the Indian Revenue Service in Nagpur.

It is worth noting that to fulfill his dream of becoming an IAS officer, he took leave and was undergoing training under the Nan Mulathulvan Incentive-Based Residential Training Program at the Nan Mulathulvan Training Center in Chennai.
