The job dreams of the youth of the division will come true in the two-day mega job fair organized from June 27 at the district headquarters. District Collector OP Bunkar on Thursday held a review meeting on the preparations for the mega job in the Collectorate Auditorium and directed the concerned departments to complete the preparations on time.
The District Collector said that in the Mega Job Fair, all the departments, while working as a team spirit, discharge the given responsibilities on time and do maximum publicity so that all the youth of the division can get the benefit of the job fair. He said that there is a possibility of more than 80 employer companies coming in the job fair, in which youth from 10th pass to various professional degree holders of the division will be able to get employment on the spot. He said that in the job fair, job offers will be provided by the companies after taking on-the-spot interviews of the youth. In this, thousands of youth will get the opportunity to get jobs. He said that all the departments should discharge the responsibilities given in the job fair in such a way that the youth coming from different areas do not face any kind of problem.
The District Collector said that renowned companies from the district, state and country would participate in it. Complete the preparations with quality regarding the stay of the company representatives, travel and basic facilities to the youth at Maharao Umaid Singh Stadium, the venue of the job fair. He instructed the state government to publicize the QR code for the employers in the job fair and the QR code for online registration to the youth as soon as it is received through all mediums. He directed government colleges, ITI institutes, universities and educational institutions to encourage more and more youths to take advantage of the job fair by promoting it.
He said that the Municipal Corporation was instructed to make arrangements for cleanliness, drinking water, BSNL and DOIT for WiFi and internet. Medical department to appoint medical team, drinking water system to water supply department, barricading to public works department etc. Gave instructions to do He instructed the Public Relations Department to disseminate information to the citizens through publicity and social media through WhatsApp groups made up to the gram panchayats.
Deputy Director Employment Office Manoj Pathak told that more than 80 employer companies will come in the job fair. Youth will be able to register to participate in it through QR code. Every youth will get an opportunity to give interview in three companies on the basis of their educational qualification. He told that appointment letters will be provided to the youth on the spot, there is a possibility of participation of about 40 thousand youth from the division. He informed that information is also being given to the unemployed youth through SMS by the department.
