Bilaspur. A crazy young man attacked a young man with a knife late on Wednesday evening, due to which the injured youth has been admitted to SIMS Hospital. The accused is absconding since the incident. The accused youth had earlier also beaten up and vandalized his house, for which he was admitted to the Mental Hospital. After being discharged from the hospital, he again stabbed him. The case is of Torwa police station area.
Harsh Kukreja, a resident of Sai Bhoomi Colony at Jagmal Chowk, reached Pradeep Wadhwani’s house on Wednesday to call him. During this, he called him out and took him towards the main road. Then suddenly Harsh Kukreja attacked Pradeep with a knife. Due to which he could not understand anything and was injured, covered in blood. After this attack, the injured Pradeep started screaming. Hearing his voice, the family ran to the road, by then the accused Harsh had fled from there. Seeing Pradeep covered in blood on the road, the family took him to SIMS Hospital for treatment. Along with this, the police was informed about the incident. The police have registered a case against the accused and are searching for him. During police interrogation, it was found that Harsh is a mental patient. Earlier, he had beaten his mother at home. He also broke the household items. After which the family sent him to a mental hospital.
