Hyderabad: A tragic accident has come to light in Yemenampet, Telangana. A person crossing the road here was hit by a car. He died in this accident. This incident was captured in the CCTV installed in the area.
Actually, the incident is of July 14. It is being told that a person named Boddu Giri Babu, 38, was crossing the National Highway-163 on foot to go towards Ghatkesar. While crossing the road, he was talking to someone on the phone. During this time, a car coming from the front hit him. After this, he fell on the road there. However, the person in the car did not stop and fled from the spot.
It is seen in the CCTV footage that a red car hit the man around 4:07 pm. However, he slows down his vehicle, but when people reach the spot, he flees with the car.
At the same time, after the family came to know about the incident, they have lodged a complaint with the police. In the complaint lodged with the police, it is said that a car going from Ghatkesar to Uppal was speeding very high and was driving carelessly. Then he hit the person, in which the person got injured.
It was said in the complaint that after being hit by the car, the local people immediately admitted him to the hospital for treatment. However, seeing his critical condition, he was taken to Gandhi Hospital, where he died during treatment. At present, the police have registered a case against the car driver and the red car is being searched.
