Fortunately, the forest department team took them out of the deep water safely in time.
According to the forest department team, more than half a dozen people were bathing under the waterfall. They were laughing and joking with their friends in the water. Meanwhile, they entered the deep water and started making reels with their mobile phones.
During this time, due to heavy rain on the mountain, the waterfall started flowing fast and the flow of water in the river also increased. People got scared seeing this and started drowning in the strong current of water.
This incident created panic among the people and started screaming for help. This information was immediately given to the forest department team. As soon as the information was received, the forest workers reached the spot with the local police and started the rescue operation.
The forest department team tied strong ropes on both sides of the pillars near the river and started pulling people out with its help. After a few hours of hard work, all the people were safely evacuated from the strong flow of water.
