Mango Sweet Chili Sauce Recipe
First of all, wash dry red chillies thoroughly, add water to a pan and boil for 10 minutes. Put boiled chilli and mango in a blender, add some water and make a coarse paste.
Put this chilli paste in the pan, cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add salt, sugar and vinegar and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Make a solution by adding two to three spoons of arrowroot and a little water in a bowl. Slowly add this solution to the chilli paste. When the paste starts thickening a little, turn off the gas.
Sterilize a glass jar and put this paste in it. You can eat this sauce with French fries, samosa, roti roll, nuggets etc.
