Actually, this whole matter is of Ramkola area of Surajpur, where in the month of January this year, some people had electrocuted an elephant, cut it into pieces and buried it to hide the evidence.
After the information of the informer, the Forest Department arrested 11 people and sent them to jail, out of which 10 people have got bail and one accused is still in jail. After being released on bail, the accused started harassing the victim Ramjit Agaria by saying that he was the one who had informed the Forest Department. Not only this, the accused openly beat up the victim and his family members and also set his house on fire at night.
