PM Modi will visit Azamgarh today, will gift 782 development projects
Azamgarh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Azamgarh today. During this period, he will gift 782 development projects worth Rs 34,700 crore to seven states of the country including UP. This includes projects related to airport, railway etc. The Prime Minister will also inaugurate Manduri Airport, Azamgarh and Maharaja Suheldev State University. He will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 15 airports of other states including five in Uttar Pradesh built at a cost of Rs 9802.99 crore from Manduri Airport.
During this time, PM Modi will also address a public meeting. DM Vishal Bhardwaj said that the Prime Minister will remain in the district for about one and a quarter hour. According to the information released from PMO, on this occasion, the Prime Minister will give gifts to the people of UP as well as Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. This includes the foundation stone of airports built at a cost of Rs 322 crore in Belagavi, Karnataka, Rs 266 crore in Cuddapah, Andhra Pradesh and Rs 320 crore in Hubli, Karnataka.
