Additional Chief Secretary gave guidelines for prevention of seasonal diseases

Jaipur : Additional Chief Secretary of the Medical and Health Department, Mrs. Shubhra Singh reviewed the increase in infection and viral cases due to change in weather. He gave necessary guidelines to the officials regarding prevention and prevention of seasonal diseases. Also, an appeal has been made to the general public to avoid diseases caused by climate change through common efforts and in case of symptoms of viral or infection, go to the nearest medical center as soon as possible and seek consultation and treatment.
During the review, medical experts said that generally, due to low temperature in winter season and change in temperature, there is an increase in infections, especially viral diseases. At present, infectious or viral diseases are more common due to temperature, humidity and general behavior. By adopting timely prevention and control measures, the spread of these diseases can be reduced and the person can remain healthy. Moreover, reaching the treatment stage can also be avoided. Children, elderly people, pregnant people and people suffering from serious illness need to take special precautions at this time so that they can avoid viral and infection.
In this period of change in weather, to prevent viral diseases, wash your hands with soap, avoid touching the mouth, nose and eyes repeatedly, keep distance from people suffering from cold and cough, avoid going to crowded areas. Use mask as necessary. Wear warm clothes, avoid cold wind, eat fresh and hot food. Patients suffering from serious illness in the past should take their medicines regularly and should not stop treatment without medical advice. Seek medical advice if symptoms of infection appear.
