Two smugglers arrested with 20 kg ganja

Kamrup. Police team led by Inspector Nabjit Nath of Hajo Police Station of Assam district raided last night and seized a huge amount of ganja. During the raid, two people were arrested with 20 kg of ganja.

The price of hemp in the market has been estimated to be around two lakh rupees. A police team first raided Kamal Deka’s house in Hajo’s Bagta Besimari area and seized 20 kg of ganja and arrested Kamal Deka. The police also arrested Ratul Deka, another ganja trader from Japia in Hajo. Hajo Police has started investigation in this matter.
