Training of digital services given to the secretaries of cooperative societies
Hamirpur. About 300 services provided through Lokmitra Kendras will now be available to people in cooperative societies as well. The Cooperative Department has started preparations for this. In this series, a training camp was organized for the secretaries of various cooperative societies of the district on Tuesday, in which more than 50 secretaries participated.
Assistant Registrar Pratyush Chauhan told that in the training camp, State Assistant Manager Lucky Puri, District Manager Praveen Kumar and District Coordinator Amrish of CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, the company operating Common Service Centers i.e. Lokmitra Centers, gave multi-purpose to the secretaries of cooperative societies. Provided training related to the operation of service centers. Assistant Registrar told that in Himachal Pradesh this project is starting from district Hamirpur.
Under this project the Primary Assemblies will be able to provide all the services listed on the Digital Seva Portal of the CSC scheme to the citizens. These services include banking, insurance, Aadhaar enrollment and update, legal services, registration for agricultural equipment, PAN card and rail, bus and plane tickets and many more. Apart from these, branded products laptops, computers, cameras, mobile phones, IFFCO’s fertilizers, seeds, urea, e-district services like bonafide Himachali certificates, marriage certificates and many other important documents are also made available to the people through cooperative societies, much cheaper than the market rate. Will be available.
Chouhan said that the camp also discussed about bringing forward the cooperative as a brand. During this, it was decided that branding like Sahakar Samriddhi Mall or Sahakar Gaurav Mart would be done in all the cooperative societies of the district. For this, a format will be prepared at the district level. He said that the national software being developed under the ongoing Centrally Sponsored Project of PACS Computerization would also be used to enable cooperative societies to function as CSCs. District Cooperative Development Union Secretary Dalip Singh, District Audit Officer Rajesh Kaushal, District Inspector Rajesh Kumar and other dignitaries were also present in the camp.
