District Collector reviewed the preparations for various interesting programs on the 782nd Bundi Foundation Day.
The 782nd Foundation Day of Bundi will be celebrated on Saturday. District Collector Dr. Ravindra Goswami reviewed the preparations made for the programs organized on Bundi Foundation Day in the meeting held at the District Collectorate Auditorium on Wednesday and directed the concerned officials to improve the programs organized.
In the meeting, the District Collector instructed that on the occasion of Bundi Foundation Day saplings will be distributed at Higher Secondary and Naval Sagar Park. For this all necessary preparations and availability of plants should be ensured. He told that common people will be able to get a sapling free of cost from these places. Along with this, a resolution letter should also be filled on receiving the sapling. Apart from this, saplings will also be planted in Beti Gaurav Udyan located at Paasat Pede Circuit House. All preparations should be done for this.
He told that the programs of Bundi Foundation Day will start with worship of Garh Ganesh at Garh Palace. He directed that maximum participation of common people should be ensured in the programs organized. Apart from this, quiz and painting competitions should also be organized in schools. On the occasion of Bundi Foundation Day, INTACH will play shehnai at Nagar Sagar Kund in the morning.
Officers of various departments including Public Works Department Superintendent Engineer VK Jain, Assistant Tourism Officer Prem Shankar Saini, District Sports Officer YB Singh, Balbhadra Singh, Purushottam Lal Pareek, Indian Cultural Fund Intake Coordinator Rajkumar Dadhich were present in the meeting.
