Make sweet and sour Dhokla for breakfast, learn how to make

Material :

-1 cup gram flour

-1 cup curd

-1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-2 tbsp semolina

-1 teaspoon turmeric powder

-2 tbsp oil

  • to taste salt

-1/4 tsp sugar water (as needed)

  1. To make Dhokla batter, add gram flour, turmeric powder, oil, curd, sugar, salt and water in a bowl. Mix everything together and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Now add baking soda to the batter and mix well
  3. Place the batter in a steamer and cook it with the help of steam for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan for tempering. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and asafoetida, sugar and water. Close the lid and turn off the gas.
  5. Now garnish the dhokla with this tadka and fresh coriander leaves. Sour Meetha Dhokla is ready.
