Comprehensive preparation for digital crop survey 2025-2026

Under the Digital Crop Survey 2025-2026 under the Agristec project in the state by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, a digital survey of crops planted in Kharif year 2025-26 is to be done in 337 villages of the district. For the survey work, 20 surveyors will be appointed in each village and survey work will be done. According to the information received, last year Rabi and Kharif crops were surveyed under Digital Crop Survey 2024-25. In which surveyors were appointed from the village itself. For this work

Surveyors were paid at the rate of Rs 10 per Khasra. Under Digital Crop Survey Rabi 2025, an amount of Rs 6,86,870 was allocated for the digital survey of a total of 68687 Khasras of 61 villages under Tehsil Dhamdha. Hrithik Patel of village Khilora Kalan of Dhamdha tehsil surveyed 2229 Khasra for which he was paid Rs 22290. Similarly, Aditya Kumar Verma of village Khairjhiti conducted digital crop survey of 1645 Khasra.

For which he was paid Rs 16450. In the same sequence, digital crop survey work is being done in 5 tehsils of the district this year. For this, the selected surveyors will be provided training at the inspection board level under the tehsil. Surveyors will be assigned 25 Khasra every day. Based on the progress and quality of the work, new Khasra will be allotted for the next day. Considering the efficiency of the survey work, Khasra can be allotted repeatedly on a particular day. This allotment will be done on the basis of first come, first served principle. For this, the surveyors will be paid through the associated bank accounts at the rate of Rs 10 per Khasra. It is to be noted that the entries made by the surveyor under the digital crop survey will be mandatorily verified by the concerned Revenue Inspector within two days of the entry and the work done under the survey will be checked by the concerned Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar as soon as possible.
