Suzuki to launch its first electric scooter eAccess around September in India priced at around Rs. 1.1 lakh

Born of Suzuki’s passion for quality and firm commitment to deliver superior value, introducing e-ACCESS – Developed with safe and reliable Suzuki e technology. Suzuki Motorcycle India had unveiled its two new scooters at the Bharat Mobility Show 2025. One of them is the company’s first electric scooter eAccess and the other one is the updated Access 125 ICE scooter.
Suzuki eAccess
The Suzuki eAccess commences the company’s electric journey in the country. Unlike the ICE Access models, the electric version has a cut through, sleeker design language with LED headlights at the front along with a vertical LED bar that acts as a DRL. It features a fully digital colour TFT instrument cluster, and turn indicators at the bottom of the front apron. The sleeker design will help it to provide superior aero performance.
The other features of the e-Access includes a smart key for keyless function, LED tail lights, alloy wheels, front disc brakes, charging port behind front apron and more.
The e-scooter is powered by an LFP battery that is claimed to provide up to 95 km of range and a top speed of 71 km/h. There are three riding modes with a reverse mode. Suzuki chose LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries over NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt ) for the e-ACCESS’ lithium-ion battery pack specifically because LFP batteries deliver the better balance of capacity, durability, high reliability in the event of damage, and long cycle life. In fact, the cycle life of LFP is typically two to three times that of NCM.
