Bilaspur. Collector Avnish Sharan voted in the corporation elections along with his wife Rudrani. He reached the polling booth located at Mission School Rajendra Nagar at around 10 am and cast his vote. He gave the message of compulsory voting to everyone by taking a photo in the selfie zone.
