Apple likely to launch an event-planning service called Confetti, know details about it

Cupertino giant Apple is likely to launch an event-planning service called Confetti, mentioned Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The Confetti service is set to be launched in “this coming week” mentioned Gurman in his latest weekly podcast “On Demand” for Bloomberg, initially reported 9to5Mac.

The service which is codenamed as ‘Confetti’ will be a ‘new way to invite people to parties, functions as well as meetings.”

The service is related to the iOS 18.3 launch. It started to roll last week in the final days of January. The nw invite service has been spotted in the OS beta code and it will be integrated within the iCloud app. It will also have a web version on iCloud.com.

Purpose of the app is to invite people to events and the user will be able to check who has responded. The service is expected to be more fun interface as compared to the Calender app. The Calender app offers basic function of inviting someone to an event.

Apple Intelligence in more languages

Apple CEO Tim Cook has announced that the Apple Intelligence will get support for over half a dozen languages in April. The Apple Intelligence was introduced along with the iPhone 16 series in September last year. However, it was released later in October in select regions.

Initially, the Apple Intelligence was not released for all users in all countries and supports only the English language in most regions around the world. Now, with Cook’s latest announcement, the host of AI features will soon be available in multiple languages.
