AI in real estate has now become an integral part of the industry

Technology: The world of real estate is witnessing a technological transformation, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) now becoming an integral part of the industry. Recently, a landmark event took place at the Palacio de Avilés Hotel, bringing together over a hundred real estate agents from across Spain to explore groundbreaking advancements in AI. During the event, professionals had the opportunity to network and learn about innovative tools designed to increase their efficiency. One of these technologies is a great AI program called Aurora. This unique tool allows realtors to communicate directly with an AI interface at the touch of a button, making everything from sending emails to property searches and client communication easier.

Víctor Manuel Estrada, CEO of Semilla Projectos, spoke about the aspirations behind Aurora, which aims to simplify agents’ tasks and improve overall productivity. Although the program is a leader in its field, it is still in the development phase, addressing challenges such as response times and language understanding.

The demonstrations included scenarios where Aurora simulated the role of discerning shoppers, asking complex questions about parking availability and community fees. Estrada noted the impressively empathetic responses generated by the AI, comparing its understanding to that of a human being.

While Aurora currently works with existing customer relationship management software, the vision is to develop it into a complete solution that maintains human oversight. Semilla Projectos is committed to refining this technology, opening up new avenues for the future of real estate.
