Anil Tuteja, Anwar Dhebar and 6 other accused get a jolt from HC

Bilaspur bilaspur news. The accused in the liquor scam case have suffered a major setback. The High Court has dismissed the petitions filed by the accused. These petitions were filed against ED and ACB-EOW. The court has also cancelled the previous order of interim relief. Alcohol scandal

The petition was filed by the accused Anil Tuteja, Vidu Gupta, Anwar Dhebar, Nitesh Purohit, Arun Pati Tripathi and Niranjan Das in the liquor scam case. The court had reserved the order after hearing on July 10. Supreme Court lawyer Siddharth Agarwal had argued on behalf of the accused. While Additional AD Vivek Sharma had argued on behalf of the state.

In total, half a dozen petitions were filed against ED and 7 petitions against EOW and ACB. The court had also given interim relief to Niranjan Das. On Tuesday, the court has dismissed all the petitions. Das has also rejected the interim relief.
