CM’s photo edited and posted on YouTube, FIR registered
Lucknow (Agency): Users cross the limits in the pursuit of gaining popularity on social media. Naveen Singh did something similar. Naveen Singh runs a YouTube channel named Naveen Singh Sketch. On this channel, he edited and posted a video of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
There is a lot of anger among Yogi’s supporters due to the posting of this video. His supporters are raising their voice demanding strict action against the YouTuber. Now in this episode, an FIR has been registered against YouTuber Naveen at Hazratganj police station in the capital Lucknow.
Complainant Dharampal Singh lodged a complaint against Naveen at the police station. Seeing the seriousness of the complaint, the police immediately registered an FIR in this matter. According to the FIR, the police have imposed sections 352, 353 (2) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) 2023 and section 67 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008 on Naveen. Many videos of Yogi Adityanath have been posted on Naveen’s YouTube. In this, Yogi Adityanath’s video has been edited and posted by AI. One video has received 6 lakh million views.
Complainant Dharmpal Singh said in his complaint that an attempt has been made to tarnish the image of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath through a YouTube channel named Naveen Singh Sketch. This video has been posted by editing the photo of the CM with the aim of creating hatred among the public and disturbing social harmony. There is great anger among the people of the state after seeing this video. All of us have been hurt by watching the video.
On the complaint of the complainant, the police have registered a case against the YouTube channel named Naveen Singh Sketch and started further action.
