98 lakh 38 thousand rupees released to more than 7 hundred farmers

The common people are getting direct benefit of the Chief Minister Jandarshan organized at the residence of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. In accordance with the instructions received in Jandarshan, the Balodabazar district administration has released Rs 98 lakh 38 thousand 528 for 772 farmers of 7 villages under Sonakhan area for crop damage affected by hailstorm. Which includes 79 affected farmers of village Sukhari, 174 of Chhatvan, 44 of Devgaon, 59 of Ganoud, 156 of Kushgarh and 174 of Kushbhata. The amount has been deposited in the accounts of all the said farmers through RTGS by Tehsildar Sonakhan. Farmers will get great relief by getting the said amount.

It is worth noting that in 2023, summer paddy crop was planted around village Nageda which was fully ripe. There was heavy hailstorm in the month of May due to which the paddy crop was completely damaged. At the same time, a total of 33 villages including Kalmidadar, Banikhar, Deori, Nagedi, which were affected by hailstorm, had already received compensation. But the compensation for other villages was pending, which has now been released. Nageda resident Digesh Patel, who is among the applicants, said that the compensation amount has been received in the account of my grandmother and father affected by crop damage. He has expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister for this.
