5 arrested including teacher, accused of disturbing peace

Janjgir-Champa. Police have arrested 5 accused, including 4 real brothers, who entered the house of a DJ in Kansada village of Shivrinarayan police station area and beat him with iron and stick. A teacher is also included among the arrested accused. In the case, the police have registered a crime against the accused under IPC sections 147, 148, 294, 323, 458, 506 and Arms Act 25. One named accused Narendra Sahu and other accused are absconding and are being searched.

According to the information received from the police, Radheshyam Sahu, a resident of Kansada village, lodged a report that he had gone with operator Rahul Sahu of Kera village to play DJ in Chulmati. When asked to stop the DJ at the stipulated time, the villagers and Sanjay Sahu started arguing and kept the DJ playing for a long time. After playing DJ from there, both the operators were coming to their village Kansada, when Sanjay Sahu called and started threatening to stop the DJ.

Mohan Sahu, Sanjeev Sahu, Resham Sahu, Sanjay Sahu, Hemlal Sahu, Narendra Sahu and others came to his house in bike and Scorpio. Then they entered the house, abused them, threatened to kill them and started beating them with iron and sticks.
