Korba. On Sunday, the administration team raided a yard on the side of Katghera-Kaerba main road near IOCL’s depot. Where about 4 liters of diesel-petrol kept in the tank have been seized.
IOCL’s depot is located in Gopalpur, from where the demand for diesel-petrol from tankers has been in discussion for a long time. On receiving information in this regard from Collector Sanjeev Jha, he directed Katghera SDM and Food Inspector to verify and take action. Under this, on Sunday, the officials along with the team raided a yard located on the Katghera-Kaerba main road and near the depot, where no one was found at that time, but in the end, about 4 liters of diesel-petrol was found in the tank.
The team seized Chari’s diesel-petrol from the tankers coming out of the IOCL depot. Investigation is on in the matter. Sunday is a holiday at the IOCL depot, due to which the loading and dispatch of tankers also come to a standstill. In such a situation, questions are also being raised on the raid of the administrative team on Sunday.
