Valencia. Four people were killed and 19 others are missing after a fire broke out in two residential buildings in Spain’s eastern city of Valencia on Thursday. Officials said the fire probably started in a 14-storey residential building. Firefighters used a crane to bring two people down from the balcony to safety.
