Mumbai: There is good news for investors looking for an opportunity to invest in IPO. A total of 3 mainboard IPOs are opening for subscription next week. These include Ajax Engineering, Hexaware Technologies and Quality Power Electrical.
Ajax Engineering IPO will open for subscription on February 10 and close on February 12. The issue size of this IPO will be Rs 1,295.35 crore and this entire IPO will be an Offer for Sale (OFS), in which 2.02 crore shares will be sold. The price band for the IPO has been fixed between Rs 599 to Rs 629 per share.
The lot size fixed by the company is a minimum of 23 shares. A retail investor needs a minimum amount of Rs 14,467 to apply for the IPO. ICICI Securities, Citigroup Global Markets India, JM Financial, Nuvama Wealth Management and SBI Capital Markets are the lead managers to the issue, while Link Intime India is the registrar.
Hexaware Technologies IPO will open for subscription between February 12 and February 14. The issue size of this IPO was Rs 8,750 crore. This entire IPO will be an offer for sale and 12.36 crore shares will be sold.
The price band has been fixed between Rs 674 to Rs 708 per share. The lot size of the IPO is 21 and a retail investor has to invest a minimum of Rs 14,868 to place a bid. Kotak Mahindra Capital, Citigroup Global Markets India, J.P. Morgan India, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets and IIFL Securities are managing the issue, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.
Quality Power Electrical IPO will open for subscription on February 14 and close on February 18. The fresh issue in this IPO will be of Rs 225 crore. At the same time, 1.49 crore shares will be sold under the offer for sale. However, the company has not yet disclosed the price band.
Pantomath Capital Advisors is the lead manager for this IPO. At the same time, Link Intime India is the registrar. Apart from this, six companies will be listed. These include Chamunda Electricals, Ken Enterprises, Emvil Healthcare, Solarium Green, Readymix Construction and Elegance Interiors.
