Raigarh. Gharghoda police have arrested three accused who were absconding for the last five months in the assault case and have sent them on remand. Today, the police received information that the accused were seen roaming towards the court premises in search of anticipatory bail and the police arrested the accused. On November 06, 2023, a report was filed against the accused in police station Gharghoda by reporter Utara Kumar Patel, resident of village Bhengari, police station Gharghoda that on November 05, his nephew’s Chhathi program was organized in the village in which a sound system was installed for Kirtan Bhajan, at around 02.30 in the night. Deepak Patel, Roshan Patel, Prakash Yadav, Dashrath Yadav of the village came home and asked the sound service guy Sanjay Patel to run the sound system.
