Jagdalpur. A 14-year-old child died due to drowning in Shabari river in Sukma district. When this incident happened, his fellow children were also with him, but after the incident, due to fear, they did not tell anyone about it. The family lodged a complaint about the child’s disappearance in the police station, then other fellow children told about the incident during interrogation. The police recovered the body and got the child’s PM done and was handed over to the family. Police said that 14-year-old Harshit Singh, a class 8 student, had gone to take a bath in the Shabari river behind the Education Hub with some of his friends on Monday evening. While bathing, Harshit suddenly went into deep water. Seeing this, the other children accompanying him ran away from the spot and went to their homes and became silent, and also did not tell anyone about this incident. Till Monday evening, the family members searched extensively for the child, but the child was not found anywhere. On Tuesday morning, the information about Harshit’s sudden disappearance spread rapidly, after which the family members lodged a report of the matter in the police station, where the police When Harshit’s friends were interrogated, the children informed about the incident, after which the police team along with a diver reached Shabari river, where the body was taken out. As soon as Harshit’s body was found, there was a wave of mourning from family members to the school. It is being told that Harshit was a student of class 8th in DAV School Kumharras, the body was handed over to the family after PM.
