14 boxes of liquor seized from Bolero, smuggler absconding

Dongargarh. The police is continuously getting success in stopping drugs. Continuous police action is being taken against the drugs being supplied to Chhattisgarh from outside states, whether by road or trains.

Baghnadi police station located on the Maharashtra border received information that liquor smugglers were bringing illegal liquor in large quantities to Chhattisgarh. After which the police investigated by barricading the Mumbai-Kolkata National Highway. But the liquor smugglers ran away after seeing the police.

At the same time, the police also chased the liquor smugglers in film style, the liquor smugglers left the vehicle and ran away near Baghnadi Dam. After which the police seized 14 boxes of liquor along with the vehicle and are busy tracking down the liquor smugglers. In this case, SDOP Ashish Kunjam said that liquor smugglers were bringing liquor from Madhya Pradesh to Chhattisgarh via Maharashtra. Police action against drugs will continue.
