Udaipur. In village Jhirmiti, a 13-year-old boy died due to drowning in a dhodhi. There is silence in the village after the incident. He had come to Udaipur three days ago to meet his father after appearing in the examination from Mont Fort Public School. Shubham Singh, 13 year old son of Devnarayan Kanwar, posted as head constable in police station Udaipur, had gone towards Jhirmiti to play with his friends at around 8 in the morning. During this time, Shubham saw the dhodhi built in the middle of the field lying on the way. Singh and some other children started taking bath. While bathing, the other children came out of the dhodhi, but Shubham could not come out.

Then the children who were bathing together ran to the nearby house and informed about the incident. The people present nearby hurriedly took Shubham to CHC Udaipur, where doctors declared him dead. When Shubham’s parents and neighbors got information about the incident, everyone reached the CHC. Everyone who saw the dead body became tearful. After the incident, everyone is in bad condition, crying. The police have handed over the body to the family after post-mortem. Deceased Shubham had come to Udaipur three-four days earlier to stay with his father on leave after giving class 5th examination at Mont Fort Public School, Ambikapur.
