10 women arrested, the case is related to scam

Korba. Police has now started action in the case of crores of rupees scam of controversial company Flora Max in the district. In this connection, the police have arrested 10 women, who were allegedly in the top ten in this scam. It is clear that this case is related to a big network. At the same time, the victim women reached CM House today and submitted a memorandum and demanded their money back from the company.

In this case, Flora Max director Akhilesh Singh and caretaker Maya Ram Sahu have already been arrested. Investigation so far has revealed that the company cheated the women by luring them to make them self-reliant. The women had lodged complaints of fraud with the SP and Collector, after which the police took the matter seriously and started investigation.

According to police officials, more than half a dozen four-wheelers purchased by the company have also been seized from the arrested women. Additional SP UVS Chauhan said that it is difficult to know how many women were cheated by this company. This case is still under investigation. Police will continue further action.
