Youth killed as tractor overturns in Odisha’s Nabarangpur dist

Nabarangpur: In a tragic incident, a youth was killed in Nabarangpur district of Odisha on Monday after a tractor overturned. The incident took place in Dakaraguda area of the district.

The deceased youth has been identified as Santosh Bhatara of Dakaraguda.

As per reports, Santosh was sitting in the trolley of the sand laden tractor. The tractor was on its way to unload the sand at a house when the driver somehow lost control on the steering and resultantly the vehicle overturned.

As a result Santosh, who was sitting on the trolley to unload the sand, was thrown into the ground and the vehicle fell upon him as it overturned. As a result, he was killed on the spot.

After getting information Police reached the spot, seized the body. Further investigation of the matter is underway.
