Youth burnt while stealing coal from goods train, came under the grip of OHE wire

Korba. A young man got seriously burnt after coming in contact with an OHE wire while taking out coal from a goods train parked in Korba. A crowd of people gathered at the spot of the accident and there was chaos. Information about the accident was immediately given to 112, after which with the help of passersby, the injured youth was sent to the hospital.

This entire matter is of Beltekari settlement near Vivekananda Nagar under Deepka police station. According to the information, 25 thousand volt OHE wire was passing over the goods train. While the young man was taking out coal from a standing goods train, he suddenly got electrocuted and fell down. Name of the injured youth is Jhabar resident Shivraj Yadav, father Parasram Yadav, age 20 years.

People hurriedly took the young man to the primary health center Deepka, where after first aid, the doctors referred Shivraj to Korba Medical Hospital. The family members of the victim said that Shivraj Yadav has been referred from Korba Hospital to Bilaspur for intensive treatment.
