Youth arrested for playing ear-splitting sound system in Chhathi program

Raipur: A youth who played ear-splitting sound system in Chhathi program has been arrested. Police said that on July 19 at 11 pm, during Chhathi program in Baghdehipara Navapara, Dhaneshwar Gilhare, father of Marble, resident of Sheetlapara Ward No. 20 Navapara was playing the sound system at high volume.
