Young man was looking for customers to sell katta, police caught him

Korba. City Kotwali police of the district has arrested the accused with illegal country-made pistol. The name of the accused is Vishal Sahu, who was roaming around in search of a customer to sell Katta. Police have taken action against the accused under 25 Arms Act.

According to the information, accused Vishal Kumar is a resident of Purani Basti. He had kept the country made pistol with him. He was also associated with suspicious people, hence there was a possibility of him carrying out some major incident.

Police received information about accused Vishal from informers, after which police kept an eye on him. On Tuesday, the police arrested the accused from his house. A country made pistol has been recovered from the accused. During interrogation, the accused told that he had brought the katta from outside and was looking for a customer to sell it.
