YCP protests across the state over petrol and diesel shortage in AP

Amaravati: YCP cadres in AP staged protests across the state on Tuesday over the shortage of petrol and diesel. They protested on the roads, alleging that the coalition government is not paying attention to the motorists and farmers who are struggling due to lack of petrol and diesel. The coalition government organized Chalo petrol pump programs to protest the inefficiency of the government.

Under the leadership of Tirupati constituency coordinator Bhumana Abhinay, they protested with a bullock cart questioning the incompetence of the coalition government. They accused the coalition leaders of being in cahoots with the banks. They criticized the government for not providing fuel even though there were long queues at the banks for three days.

Meanwhile, YSRCP MP YS Avinash Reddy has written a letter to the central government on the petrol and diesel crisis in Andhra Pradesh. He alleged that the alliance leaders are creating an artificial shortage in the state by colluding with bank owners. He said that ‘No Stock’ boards have been put up at banks everywhere and demanded that the central government immediately intervene and restore fuel supply in the state.
