World Bird Day celebration was celebrated at Navchetan Adani Vidyalaya

Navchetan Adani Vidyalaya, Junagam, located in Hazira area, celebrated the day with the theme “I love sparrows” where students participated in saving the endangered sparrow species.

Sparrow is such a bird that is beloved by small children and brings back memories of everyone’s childhood. Today, due to increasing urbanization and tall buildings, they are not able to make their nest.

Under which the importance of Bird Day was presented by the school teacher. Poem about the bird was presented by the students.

Celebrating Bird Day, students of classes 5 to 8 made 92 birds around their homes using waste materials like grass clippings, coconut husk, coconut coir, jute thread, paper, boxes, dry grass, leaves. 17 made water troughs for drinking. 14 Chanapatra-Akshaya Patra were made to put gram.

He himself celebrated Bird Day by placing all these things on every tree in the school premises. Navchetan Adani Vidyalaya, Junagarm is known for celebrating every festival and day in a unique way. The students of the school, their parents and teachers actively participate in every celebration.
