Woman selling ganja worth lakhs arrested

Bilaspur. Ratanpur police has arrested a woman who was looking for customers to sell ganja. Action has been taken under the NDPS Act by seizing two kilos of ganja from the woman’s possession. Ratanpur police received information that a woman living in Akaltara was looking for customers in Ratanpur area to sell ganja.

On this, the police team laid siege near Gauthan on Akaltari Road. Police caught the scooter rider Manki Kenwat alias Vineeta Joshi (25), resident of Jairamnagar. She was giving vague answers during interrogation. During search of the scooter, two kilos of ganja was found. The police confiscated it and brought the woman to the police station. Here action has been taken against the woman under the NDPS Act. The woman has been admitted to jail on the orders of the court.
