Woman BJD leader slapped during party’s Foundation Day

Bhubaneswar: A woman BJD leader was slapped during the party’s Foundation Day celebration at the Sankha Bhawan in the capital city of Odisha on Thursday. It was seen in a video that has gone viral so far. The woman who was slapped seems like BJD leader Ipsita Sahu.

As seen in a video from the Foundation Day celebration of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) at the Sankha Bhawan in the capital city, a scuffle was going on involving a few women while many others are also seen in the video. Another person was seen trying to handle the situation. Meanwhile a few elderly women were seen arguing with the young woman. At this juncture even, one of the elderly women was seen slapping the young leader.

We are yet to get reaction from either Ipsita Sahoo or any BJD leaders in this connection.
