Kaushambi: A sensational case has come to light from Kaushambi in UP. Where a young man was murdered due to illicit relations. In fact, the body of the young man who went missing 9 days ago was recovered by the police on Tuesday from under a culvert on the highway near Nawabganj, 12 km from Sihori toll plaza. The news of the body being found in a sack created a furore among the family members. Police say that the girlfriend’s husband has strangled the young man to death. He has been arrested. At the same time, the accused also confessed his crime. The young man was murdered the same night he went missing.
This incident is from Adhara village. Where 19-year-old Shivam alias Chhotu went missing under suspicious circumstances on the night of June 16 at around 9 pm. In the morning, when the family members did not see the young man on the bed, they started searching for him but he was nowhere to be found. On the complaint of father Mahesh Prasad, the police registered a missing report and started the search. On Tuesday morning, Karari police with the help of Nawabganj police recovered the body of the missing youth from under a culvert on the highway between Sihori and Nawabganj. Mahesh Prasad identified the body. The deceased’s father alleges that his neighbour kidnapped his son and then killed him. On the complaint of the deceased’s father, the police arrested the neighbour Ranjit. The police is investigating the case by registering a murder case against him. Inspector Sunil Singh said that the youth was strangulated to death on the night of June 16. The body has decayed due to being old.
When the police started investigating the case, it turned out to be a love affair. The deceased had an illicit relationship with a married woman living in the neighbourhood. When the accused came to know about the youth’s illicit relationship with his wife in Mumbai, he came to the village on the evening of June 16. Neither Shivam nor the accused’s wife had any idea about this. When Shivam went to his girlfriend’s house to meet her at midnight, the accused who was lying in wait caught him and strangled him to death. After being caught, the accused said this during police interrogation. Ranjeet lives in Mumbai. When he came to know about his wife’s illicit relationship, he hatched a plan to eliminate Shivam. After this, he came to the village on the evening of June 16. As soon as Chotu reached his girlfriend’s house to meet her at midnight, Ranjeet, who was already waiting in ambush, strangled him to death. After the murder, the accused packed the body in a sack and took it near Nawabganj and hid it under a culvert made for water drainage on the highway. And quietly returned to Mumbai.
