Wife caught husband with his girlfriend, police reached the spot

Rudrapur: A young man was caught by his wife with his alleged girlfriend in the guest house and created a huge ruckus. When the police reached the spot on information, they took the young man and the girl to the police station. But the woman refused to take legal action against her husband and took him with herself. In this case, the couple and the alleged girlfriend have been challaned under 81 Police Act and fined.

According to the information, a young man living in a village in UP bordering the district had a love affair with a girl from Delhi. The young man was not going to his home for more than a week. Since then his wife and family were searching for him. On Saturday night, the wife got information that her husband was staying in a guest house.

When the woman reached the guest house located in Bazaar Chowki area with her family members, she found a girl there along with the young man. Seeing the girl, the woman created a ruckus.
Due to the commotion, people living around the guest house also gathered. On receiving information, market outpost police reached the spot and took the boy and girl to the outpost. SHO Dhirendra Kumar told that when the police was taking action, the woman refused. On this, the young man was released after giving instructions and the girl was called to her family and handed over to them.
