On Monday, an orange alert for heavy rainfall has been issued in Dehradun, Pauri, Haridwar, Nainital, Champawat and Udham Singh Nagar. An orange alert has been issued for thunderstorm, lightning and heavy rainfall in three districts of Himachal Pradesh, Bilaspur, Solan and Sirmaur.
