Weather changed due to snowfall in the mountains in Himachal
Himachal: According to the forecast of the Meteorological Organization, changes are being seen in the state. The ministry had issued a yellow warning for five districts. Snowfall started in the higher reaches on Tuesday evening. Snowfall was recorded in Lahaul-Spiti, Kullu, Mandi, Chamba and Kinnaur. Up to 2 cm of snow fell at many places on Tuesday night. Snowfall continues. There was a change in temperature in the plains on Tuesday.
There is also a possibility of seeing the sun in about 6 areas. However, there is a possibility of cold wave with fresh snowfall in Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Una, Solan and Sirmaur. Due to climate change the effect of fog disappears here. On Tuesday, there was light snowfall in Chamba, Kullu, Mandi, Lahaul, Spiti and Kinnaur. There is a possibility of bad weather continuing till January 31. The ministry had warned of snowfall in Chamba, Kullu, Mendi, Lahaul Spiti and Kinnaur on January 31.

Snowfall has started on the hills of Kullu and Lahaul Spiti districts. Farmers and gardeners have been struggling due to snowfall and lack of rain for years, but this is also affecting tourism. Snowfall has also started in areas like Atal Tunnel, Rohtang, Sisu, Koksar, Solan Nala and Palchan.

Rainfall in January is 100 percent less than normal
The state recorded 100 percent less rainfall than normal from January 1 to January 30. Cloud cover in eight districts, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kangra, Kinnaur, Mandi, Sirmaur, Solan and Yuna, was 100% below normal. Shimla, Lahaul, Spiti, Kullu and Chamba received 99% less rainfall than normal.
