Folk artist Deepshikha Shrivas associated with the cultural organization Lok Darshan presented a photo frame of the Rajyotsava in Raigarh district in 2015 to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. She told that Chief Minister Sai’s affection towards the people connects people with him. The delegation of Lok Darshan also placed a demand related to the organization before the Chief Minister. Kumari Rupvarsha, a visually impaired person from Jashpur, appealed to the Chief Minister for an Orbit Reader device for her difficulty in reading. The Chief Minister assured help.

Before going to the Jandarshan stage, Chief Minister Sai met the disabled people.
Providing immediate relief after listening to the problems of the disabled, Chief Minister Sai provided battery-operated vehicles to Rajuram Wacham (21 years), resident of Kerpe (Bijapur) and Lilashankar Sahu (37 years), resident of Bhendarwani (Dhamtari), a wheelchair to Mohammad Rasheed Qureshi (69 years), resident of Raipur, L-Bow Creche to Indrasen Goswami (27 years), resident of Belsar (Balrampur) and a walker to Vivek Sharma (37 years), resident of Bhanpuri, Raipur.
