Villager dies tragically after being hit by IED bomb

Bijapur. An innocent villager died after being hit by a plant pressure IED planted by Maoists. The incident took place in Mirtur police station area. According to information received from SP Jitendra Yadav, 40-year-old Munna Bharti was going from Dumripalnar to Gangalur. During this time, the plant planted by Maoists near Dumripalnar was hit by a pressure IED, due to which he died on the spot. Munna Bharti was a resident of Deora village of Bakavand police station area of Bastar district.
