Vijay will give a stable government in Tamil Nadu: K.A. Sengottaiyan

Tamil Nadu: K.A. Sengottaiyan, Chief Coordinator of the party’s State Executive Committee, stated that Thaveka leader Vijay will provide a pious and peaceful government in Tamil Nadu.
He told reporters at the airport on Friday, arriving from Chennai: “Thaveka leader Vijay has the power of the people. Thaveka’s victory in the 2026 Legislative Assembly elections is certain. Party leader Vijay will ascend to the throne. He will provide a pious and peaceful rule in Tamil Nadu.” Vijay entered politics after giving up an annual income of ₹500 crore.
Vijay’s policy is that everyone should have a home and everyone should progress economically.
There is no restriction on carrying Jayalalithaa’s photo in one’s pocket. He said that the two-party system of government in Tamil Nadu should be changed.
At that time, when reporters asked him about the AIADMK meeting in Gopichettipalayam, he said, “I’ve been a member of the Legislative Assembly from that constituency nine times. The people made me win three times, even without going to vote. When that’s the case, it’s not right to say I don’t have people behind me. If someone thinks ‘I’, God will show me ‘that.'”
Earlier, when K.A. Sengottaiyan joined the Thavega on Thursday, more than a thousand Thavega volunteers waited at the airport, beating drums, to welcome him from Chennai to Coimbatore from 1 p.m.
When his plane arrived at 1:40 p.m. and tried to land in Coimbatore, strong winds began blowing in the airport area.
This forced the plane to divert to Bengaluru instead of landing in Coimbatore. The plane, which departed from there at 3:30 pm, landed in Coimbatore at 4:15 pm. K.A. Sengottaiyan was then warmly welcomed by the Thaveka management.
