Vata Patra Sai Alankara Seva at Vontimitta Temple

Kadapa: The Vata Patra Sai Alankara Seva was held with great pomp and show at the Sri Kodanda Ramaswamy Temple in Vontimitta on Sunday morning. Lord Kodanda Rama, depicted as the child Krishna reclining on a banyan leaf, gave devotees a mesmerizing darshan.
Devotees thronged the streets to catch a glimpse of the Lord, beautifully adorned in the Vata Patra Sai form, on a beautifully decorated vehicle. This remarkable sight filled hearts with joy and devotion.
Along the procession route, devotees lit camphor flames, offered heartfelt prayers, and sought blessings. In the soft glow of the camphor light, the gentle form of the Lord on the leaf captivated the devotees, creating an atmosphere of deep spiritual emotion.
Cultural programs preceding the procession added to the grandeur of the ceremony. Hundreds of artists performed Kolattam in perfect rhythm while singing Rama Kirtan, filling the streets with devotion. Classical dancers also performed tales from the exploits of Rama through expressive performances, captivating the audience.
