UP: Aunt who fell in love with her nephew killed her ex-boyfriend, arrested
Hooghly: A person was beaten to death by a mob in Hooghly district of West Bengal on Monday. Police gave this information. This is the fourth incident of a person being beaten to death by a mob in the state. Earlier, similar incidents took place in Kolkata, Salt Lake and Jhargram on 28, 29 and 30 June. Police said that the deceased has been identified as Biswajit Manna, a resident of Naita Malpaharpur Gram Panchayat of Tarakeshwar area of Hooghly district.
A senior officer of Hooghly (Dehat) police station said that two people have been detained in connection with this crime. He said that the police has registered a case taking suo motu cognizance. Police said that preliminary investigation revealed that on Sunday night when Manna was sleeping at his home, the accused, known to the family, called him. Police said that Manna had taken a loan of about 50 thousand rupees from the accused, which he had failed to repay.
The police said, “The accused tied Manna in his friend’s house and beat him till he fell unconscious. Manna’s mother, along with her daughter-in-law, somehow rescued him and admitted him to a nearby hospital, but he died during treatment.” UP: A sensational case has come to light from Gorakhpur, UP, where a woman, along with her nephew and his friend, killed her lover. Actually, the matter is that the woman was having an affair with her nephew. Which her ex-boyfriend came to know about. After that, the woman’s ex-boyfriend started blackmailing the woman through some objectionable photos and videos. In this resentment, the woman, along with her nephew and his friends, got the ex-boyfriend killed and then threw the body in the pond.
With the passage of time, she got so engrossed in her personal life as if nothing had happened. On June 19, the body of a man was found in the Gulriha police station area of Gorakhpur. On getting information about this, the local police immediately inspected it. However, the condition of the body was so bad that it was difficult to identify whose body it was. After this, that unknown body was kept in the mortuary. But even after 72 hours of the incident, when the unknown body could not be identified, it was completed and finally the last rites were also performed.
After more than 2 days of the incident, the police spread the news to the people through social media and other means. On June 27, a person from Chiluatal claimed that the dead body found was of his son Sintu Kumar. He told that Sintu used to live and work in Chennai. He had said on June 14 that he was going to Bangalore, but he did not reach Bangalore. We have been searching for him since then. After which the police started investigating the case, it came to light that the matter is of a love affair.
The matter was that the woman who fell in love with her nephew killed her lover Sintu. Because, he was becoming a stumbling block between them. Now the police has revealed the whole case and sent the woman, her nephew and associates to jail. The police recovered the deceased’s purse and Aadhar card using sticks and rods. These accused have been identified as nephew Brijendra Nishad, Priyanka Nishad, Akash Kumar and Shiv Kumar. The accused said that Sintu was strangled to death and beaten with a stick. After which his body was thrown into a pond. The girlfriend said that Sintu used to blackmail her by showing objectionable photos and videos. The police is taking further action in the case.
