Union Health Minister gave a gift to Uttarakhand, laid the foundation stone of four projects worth 182 crores

Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday laid the foundation stone of four health-related projects worth about ₹ 182 crore in Uttarakhand. The Union Health Minister was virtually connected with Joshimath in this program organized at Chief Servant Sadan. The Union Health Minister said that today when people living in villages go to health and wellness centers for treatment, they get the advice of specialist doctors. They do not need to go to the district hospital or any other place.

The Union Minister said that he has faith in the Uttarakhand government headed by Chief Minister Dhami that under his leadership, Uttarakhand should become the first state in the country to get TB first. Be free and let us announce this in the presence of the Prime Minister. Chief Minister Dhami thanked Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya for giving such a big gift in the health sector by laying the foundation stone of four projects worth more than ₹ 182 crore for Uttarakhand. He said that apart from promoting Yoga and Ayurveda, the state government has also paid attention to the cultivation of “medicinal plants”.

A free check-up scheme has been started in the state in the field of health, under which patients are getting 207 types of pathological tests free of cost. Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, MP Mala Rajyalakshmi Shah, Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal, MLA Khajan Das, Vinod Chamoli, Pradeep Batra, Sarita Arya, Renu Bisht were present on this occasion.
