Two accused arrested with 12 kg ganja

Jagdalpur. Nagarnar District Police received information from an informer that two persons were going from Odisha towards Jagdalpur carrying illegal drug Ganja in a bus. According to the information, 12755 kg of narcotic ganja and a mobile phone have been seized from accused Mohammad Nisar Ahmed, father of Abdul Gafoor, resident of Dhanpunji and Shahid Sheikh, father of Sheikh Farid, resident of Jharkhand.

Vanagram Naka. The accused were found committing offenses under the NDPS Act and were arrested and registered with the Crime Commissioner. After action at Nagarnar police station, both the accused were taken into custody and presented in the court on Friday.
